Working draft. Have it reviewed before PlainPros collects real customer data.

Accounts store an email, an optional phone number, and a password hash. Pros also store a legal name, an optional EIN, insurance details, and license numbers.

Public profile pages show the display name, business name when the account is a business, bio, service area, categories, photos, and badges that an administrator has verified. Legal name, EIN, phone, email, and insurance policy numbers are not public.

License numbers for a verified contractor or pesticide license can appear on the public profile. Insurance is shown as a badge without the policy number.

On a job request, a pro sees the description, photos, ZIP, and the name on the customer account. Email and phone stay hidden until the customer chooses to share them with that pro.

PlainPros staff may review in-app messages between customers and pros for safety, support, and policy enforcement. When a staff member opens a conversation, that access is recorded.
